Tools

Nokia introduced the Nokia 5630 XpressMusic, a new S60 promising a complete entertainment experience enabling users to efficiently access music, videos and games as well as share content. In addition to dedicated keys for music and video, the 5630 includes Nokia's voice-controlled 'Say and Play' feature, which enables users to speak the name of an artist or song title for automatic playback. The phone also includes a 4GB memory card capable of storing up to 3,000 full tracks, and supports all premier digital music formats. The Nokia 5630 XpressMusic is compatible with Nokia Music Store, and in selected markets, it will also be sold as a Comes With Music device.

Beyond music features, the 5630 additionally includes Nokia's Contacts Bar, which enables direct access to up to 20 friends or associates from the homescreen and provides a complete communication history with these contacts including recent emails, messages, phone logs and photos shared. A related shortcuts bar at the bottom of the homescreen allows speedy access to frequently-used applications including music, radio, the web and photos, as well as Nokia's N-Gage mobile gaming service. Nokia will begin shipping the 5630 XpressMusic to select markets in Q2 2009.
