Piczo goes mobile via Intercasting
Online teen destination Piczo announced a partnership with mobile social networking platform provider Intercasting to enable Piczo members to produce and share content via mobile device. Intercasting's ANTHEM platform will enable Piczo's 13-to-18-year-old demographic to upload images directly from their phones, send and receive messages and post comments, all on the go. The mobile application will be fully integrated with the Piczo online site, which presently boasts more than 28 million registered user accounts and 10.6 million monthly unique visitors generating 750 million monthly page views. "This is a big step forward, putting Piczo into the pockets of teens everywhere and enabling the Piczo generation to exercise their creative self expression whenever and wherever they are," said Pizco's European managing director Chris Seth in a prepared statement.
