Player X acquires Gaelco Móviles

Mobile media firm Player X announced its acquisition of Spanish games publisher and aggregator Gaelco Móviles. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition heralds a Player X reorganization that will split the company's distribution and publishing pursuits into two wholly-owned units: Player X Distribution and Studio X. Gaelco will align with the former to deliver content aggregation and portal management solutions.
