Radio Disney goes mobile

The Walt Disney Internet Group's mDisney mobile content division and the Radio Disney broadcast network announced the launch of a new Radio Disney mobile website and texting program targeting tween listeners. The Radio Disney mobile site includes real-time, on-air content and lists of the last 10 songs played and local Radio Disney affiliates--users may also send shout-outs, request songs, view the network's current Top 30 playlist and participate in polls. According to Radio Disney, 40 percent of U.S. tweens now have mobile phones.
