Raketu extends social networking platform to iPhone

Internet communications, information, and entertainment firm Raketu Communications announced it will extend its social networking integrated communications application to Apple's iPhone, enabling users to participate and share content both inside and outside of the Raketu network. According to Raketu, the web-based Social Networking and Media Drive iPhone Application allows blog updates, bulletins and comments as well as communications with friends through both conventional social networking and Raketu's own real-time communications platform. iPhone users can also store and share multimedia across social networks including Facebook and MySpace as well as make international calls and send texts, instant messages and email either free or at discounted prices.
