Report: Mobile music too expensive
A report from Strategy Analytics suggests that current mobile music prices--often over 100 percent more than PC-based music downloads--are far more than many consumers are willing to pay. The report suggest consumers are willing to pay a premium of about 35 percent in order to get new music instantly on a cell phone. The report also found that consumers prefer Sprint's mobile music store over Verizon's V CAST service in both perceived download speed and ease of use.
