Roundbox scores $20 million in Series C

Mobile broadcast software provider Roundbox announced the completion of a $20 million Series C financing round led by Montagu Newhall Associates, with additional funding from existing investors Core Capital Partners, Polaris Venture Partners and RRE Ventures. Japanese-based IT solutions and outsourcing services provider Itochu Techno-Solutions also participated. According to Roundbox, the funding is earmarked for product development and customer delivery enhancements.
