Silver Lake Sumeru nabs stake in Mobile Messenger

Technology investment fund Silver Lake Sumeru announced its acquisition of a majority stake in mobile content management and distribution firm Mobile Messenger. Financial terms were not disclosed. Mobile Messenger provides turnkey solutions that enable mobile marketing sales and marketing technologies including SMS/MMS content distribution, campaign creation and management services, media planning and buying, billing process management, customer service and carrier interface operations.
