Skype SMS also powered by Mobile 365

A few days ago we mentioned that mBlox was enabling Skype's SMS service, which claims to reach well over 100 million subscribers in over 200 countries. Mobile 365 is also helping the VoIP pureplay power the ambitious service, which enables usually PC-based or WiFi handset-based Skype users send text messages to mobile phone users worldwide. The deal follows Mobile 365's global intercarrier MMS service launch last month. The company claims it facilitates 2 billion messages a month in the personal messaging space, including both MMS and SMS.
