SnapTell teams with Martha Stewart for interactive ads
Image recognition-based mobile marketing solutions provider SnapTell announced an agreement with bridal magazine Martha Stewart Weddings to activate "live" advertisements throughout an interactive issue hitting newsstands on Dec. 29. SnapTell's Snap.Send.Get solution will enable readers with camera-enabled handsets to take photos of any featured advertisement in the issue, send the image to SnapTell and receive mobile content from the advertiser ranging from coupons to video clips to product information. According to SnapTell, the Winter issue of Martha Stewart Weddings is the first women's magazine to offer interactive advertisements throughout its pages.
