Sony Ericsson to debut unlimited music service next week?

Tools

Sony Ericsson is poised to introduce its rumored unlimited music download service next week, partnering with British mobile music service provider Omnifone to offer content from all four major labels. Citing music industry sources, CNet reports that Omnifone's MusicStation service, an all-you-can-eat download initiative promising subscribers access to more than 1 million songs, will power the new Sony Ericsson effort, positioned as a head-to-head competitor to rival Nokia's own Comes With Music, scheduled to launch in October. Both Sony Ericsson and Omnifone declined comment.
