Sony Pictures Television previews mobile game lineup

Sony Pictures Television outlined its mobile game slate for the remainder of 2009, promising eight new titles based on the studio's feature films and television shows as well as Sony's PSP handheld system. New Sony Pictures games will include Angels and Demons (based on this summer's new Tom Hanks vehicle) and Ghostbusters along with a mobile revamp of the classic arcade game Q*Bert. Also in the pipeline: A Sports Illustrated-themed trivia effort, titles inspired by the features Zombieland and 2012, and a mobile game that resurrects the Eighties-era animated series Voltron. So far this year, Sony Pictures Television has released Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy! games optimized specifically for Apple's iPhone, as well as the titles LocoRoco Hi, Jeopardy! For Prizes and Jeopardy! Live.
