The debate over whether consumers will go for watching TV on the small screens of their mobile phones is far from over. This week's round--the positive. IMS Research predicts 446 million people worldwide will tune in to mobile TV by 2011. Meanwhile, the market isn't so big as to support the number of providers vying for the space.
