Sprint throws college Rave

Sprint has teamed with university content aggregator Rave Wireless to bring a suite of college-themed services to the university system. Content and services include group text messaging and polling, campus directories, university events calendar and class schedules. The first rollout of these services will take place this coming semester at Allen University in South Carolina and the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Sprint also is working with the Allen University administrators to provide all full-time students with GPS-capable devices that will be integrated into the schools safety system.
