Study: Few retailers ready for digital commerce on tablets
Fewer than a third of the top 100 online retailers have optimized their websites for tablets like Apple's iPad, according to a new survey conducted by mobile and social merchandising services provider Zmags. Most retailers are instead relying on their standard websites to deliver an "adequate enough" tablet user experience. Moreover, while more than two thirds of respondents have built iPhone applications, only half of them have implemented in-app purchase options. Release
