AT&T user feedback application bows on App Store
AT&T launched Mark the Spot, a free iPhone application enabling subscribers to provide feedback on the network user experience. According to AT&T, Mark the Spot allows users to submit a real-time report capturing local GPS coordinates at the time and place the event occurred--customers can also submit reports after the fact. In addition to supplying information on dropped or failed calls, poor coverage, data service disruptions or poor voice quality, customers can also offer specific comments about the event--AT&T will mail out an SMS acknowledgment when a report is successfully sent and received.
