The Orchard finalizes pact with Warner Music

Independent digital music distributor The Orchard firmed up an agreement with Warner Music's publishing arm, Warner Chappell, to distribute the latter's catalog in the form of master ringtones and ringback tones. The Warner content will add its content to an existing roster of more than 10,000 master ringtones. The Orchard also announced the addition of Neil Cartwright, the former head of Sony Music U.K., to its staff as the European regional manager. Naja Detrekoy is also onboard as a new product manager with Veronika Dann as a label relations manager.
