Third Screen inks ad deal with Fox News

Tools

Mobile advertising firm Third Screen Media announced an agreement to power Fox News' mobile ad business. Although Fox News will look to Third Screen's MADX platform to create mobile video campaigns, banner ads and messaging initiatives, the cable network will maintain in-house control of its mobile ad sales efforts. "This enables them to manage and forecast their ad inventory," Third Screen CMO Jeff Janer told Online Media Daily. "From an operations standpoint, they know what they're dealing with, and from a sales standpoint, they know how to package it." Fox also launched a dedicated mobile site, www.foxnews.mobi.
