Thumbplay inks mobile content deal with Tickets.com

Mobile entertainment destination Thumbplay announced an agreement to offer music, videos, games and related mobile media via integrated ticket solutions provider Tickets.com's website. Content highlights include licensed music, video and games content from the likes of EMI, Sony BMG Music Entertainment, Universal Music Group, Warner Music Group and Sony Pictures Television, as well as assorted independent labels and artists and videogame firms. In addition to new value-added features, the Thumbplay partnership will enable Tickets.com--a privately-held subsidiary of MLB AdvancedMedia--to offer bonus downloads to new users who subscribe to the site.
