Regional operator U.S. Cellular is partnering with Nuance Communications for the new Voice Mail to Text service, which enables subscribers to read their voice messages via text message or email. Nuance's fully-automated Dragon Voicemail-to-Text platform will power the solution. U.S. Cellular is launching Voice Mail to Text with a 30-day free trial; after the trial period ends, the carrier will charge subscribers $2.99 per month. Release
