uclick delivers comic strips via iPhone

Digital entertainment provider uclick announced the launch of a new mobile web application promising iPhone and iPod touch users access to its archive of more than 400,000 comic strips, single-panel comics and editorial cartoons. According to uclick, the iPhone-optimized site boasts more than 150 different strips including Doonesbury, Garfield and Calvin & Hobbes, as well as work from editorial cartoonists like Pat Oliphant and Ted Rall. In addition, the new site features an index of all comic books, manga and graphic novels added by uclick to Apple's App Store.
