Unwired Webs acquired Path3's mobile unit

Mobile web and marketing services provider Unwired Webs announced its acquisition of mobile content solutions provider Path3. Financial terms were not disclosed. Path3 works with operators, aggregators and content providers to deploy mobile portals, mobile websites and messaging campaigns--Unwired Webs will merge the company's operations into its North American business unit, adding that Path3 should improve its delivery of integrated mobile marketing solutions.
