Verizon gets tough on spam

Verizon Wireless is responding aggressively with several lawsuits aimed at some of the largest culprits. Over the past few months, Verizon has filed multiple "John Doe" lawsuits against spammers responsible for several million text messages hawking anything from medications to stock picks.
