Verizon Wireless debuts Tweet-Tweet app for feature phones

Verizon Wireless announced the launch of Tweet-Tweet, a new Twitter-based application available on close to 60 feature phones from manufacturers including LG, Samsung and Motorola. Developed by mobile entertainment publisher PressOK, Tweet-Tweet enables Twitter users to tweet, re-tweet, follow and un-follow as well as see their friends, replies and favorites. In addition, a new feature dubbed Mavens offers users tools to set up accounts and immediately follow popular Tweeters. Tweet-Tweet is available now via Verizon's Download This service and the Community and Sharing section of its Get It Now portal.
