Virgin Mobile USA meets NYSE minimum

Tools

Virgin Mobile USA announced that as of March 31, its 30-day average sale price rose above $1, restoring compliance with the New York Stock Exchange's minimum share price requirement for continued listing standards. As of March 31, the MVNO's 30-day average share price was $1.19. Virgin Mobile USA received letters of non-compliance from the NYSE in November 2008 after dropping below both the minimum share price and market capitalization requirements for continued listing. The firm has not yet satisfied the minimum market capitalization requirement, which requires an average above $100 million for two consecutive quarters.
