Volantis debuts free mobile website tools

Mobile content adaptation solutions provider Volantis announced the open beta launch of Ubik.com, a new web tool promising consumers and small businesses the tools to build mobile websites in minutes sans technical knowledge or training. The free Ubik solution offers dozens of mobile website templates developed by the Volantis team, providing complete and pre-built sites for users to complete with personal details prior to publishing. The Ubik templates may also be used as starting points for users to add color, photos and design elements to create more complex mobile sites--other tools enable content editing, site management and remote image upload, with a community forum designed to foster communication among users. Template categories include taxi service, restaurant, cleaner, car dealer and travel agency.
