Vringo acquiring mobile messaging firm Zlango

Mobile video and social applications firm Vringo will acquire mobile messaging startup Zlango. Financial terms were not disclosed. Zlango solutions enable users to add icons, themes and images to standard text messages. Vringo will leverage Zlango technologies to expand its mobile social networking aspirations.
