YouTube will get Major League Baseball game highlights two days after they happen. The clips will be posted to the league's YouTube Channel.

In yet another example highlighting the growing importance of mobile broadband technology to the success of major sporting events, Qualcomm and MLB Advanced Media (MLBAM)--the company handling interactive media and Internet company for Major League Baseball--signed a multi-year agreement aimed at solving connectivity challenges in certain ballparks. In addition, Qualcomm is now an official technology partner of MLBAM.

T-Mobile USA and Major League Baseball have signed a multi-year agreement making the operator the league's official wireless sponsor. Financial terms were not disclosed, but the deal is described as a "multi-million dollar partnership."

Mobilitie announced it has installed a distributed antenna system (DAS) at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Fla., home of Major League Baseball's Tampa Bay Rays.
